About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Blockchain Ecosystem & Partnership to lead our strategic initiatives aimed at expanding and nurturing our blockchain ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships, developer engagement, community growth, and market expansion to strengthen our network and accelerate adoption. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of blockchain technology, ecosystem dynamics, and community-building in the Web3 space.

What You Will Do

• Create and implement a strong strategy to drive growth, user adoption, and community engagement.
• Identify, establish, and negotiate agreements with key stakeholders, including developers, DeFi projects, community leaders, and foundations.
• Lead initiatives (like hackathons and ambassador programs) to build and nurture the developer community, gathering feedback to inform product enhancements.
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand ecosystem participation and increase overall blockchain adoption.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to design and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new features, services, and protocols.
• Represent the platform at industry events, conferences, and forums, and engage in policy and regulatory discussions to shape a favorable environment.
• Continuously monitor ecosystem health using key metrics, providing regular performance reports to executive leadership.
• Identify areas lacking growth, and implement strategic initiatives to proactively address these gaps and drive improvement.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, preferably in ecosystem development, community management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and tokenomics.
• An established network within the Web3 ecosystems will be considered an asset
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Passion for driving innovation and adoption within the cryptocurrency space.
