Reserve Management Specialist – Web3 / Treasury

A global fintech is looking for a Reserve Management Specialist to join the team in Singapore, focused on managing and optimizing reserves across digital assets. You’ll help set standards, design processes, and ensuring reserves are managed with accuracy, efficiency, and control.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee daily reserve and liquidity operations, ensuring smooth inflows/outflows and compliance with policies.
• Define and implement SOPs, reporting frameworks, and analytics dashboards for reserve monitoring and decision-making.
• Partner with finance, risk, compliance, product, and engineering teams to integrate reserve operations into business workflows.
• Conduct forecasting, scenario analysis, and risk assessments to support liquidity planning and operational resilience.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance scalability and efficiency.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years in treasury, liquidity, or asset-liability management, with a background from banking, crypto, blockchain/web3 industries.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and digital asset operations is critical
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
• Practical knowledge of financial markets or blockchain-based asset management is a strong plus.
• Conversational Mandarin is preferred, given the need to interact with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
