We’re seeking a Project Manager to help bridge product development and end users, ensuring smooth delivery cycles and strong adoption of digital solutions. This role works closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to drive successful launches from planning through post-release support.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to conduct user interviews and gather actionable insights.
• Support agile processes including sprint planning, scrums, and retrospectives.
• Monitor development progress to keep projects on track and ensure timely releases.
• Conduct system, user, and security testing prior to launch.
• Lead user education efforts to encourage product adoption post-release.
• Provide ongoing product support, troubleshooting, and coordination with engineering to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in building and delivering digital products.
• Proven ability to deliver effective results with limited resources.
• Full lifecycle product experience, from development through launch and adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to documentation and detail.
• Tenacious, organized, and able to prioritize under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional are an advantage.
