Frontend Developer

Role: Full Stack Engineer(Frontend)

Location: San Francisco · Hybrid (2–3 days in office, Sunday–Monday, 9 AM–9 PM)

Compensation: $160k – $250k + Competitive Equity

About the Role

As one of the early engineering hires, you’ll be instrumental in scaling a platform designed to support thousands of AI agents in production. This role leans front-end focused — we’re seeking engineers who excel in React, Next.js, and TypeScript while being comfortable across the stack.

You’ll work closely with founders and senior engineers to design scalable systems, build fault-tolerant infrastructure, and deliver seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance front-end applications in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Build and optimize scalable APIs and backend services in collaboration with the infra team.
• Ensure low-latency performance, reliability, and availability of systems.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate directly with product, design, and AI research teams.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack skills.
• Proven expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript (front-end emphasis).
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startup or scaled systems).
• Familiarity with Golang, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong coding fundamentals with a CS/Engineering background.
