We are looking for a strategic, motivated AWS DevOps Engineer to join our growing team! As an AWS DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in architecting, implementing, and optimizing cloud-native infrastructure that powers our clients’ applications. You’ll design and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments with Terraform, and leverage key AWS services such as ECS, EKS, Lambda, and API Gateway. This role requires both technical depth and client-facing presence. You’ll partner directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure delivery aligns with business goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, consulting environment and is comfortable navigating ambiguity while leading client-facing delivery. Role And Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure leveraging core services such as ECS, EKS, S3, AWS Lambda, and API Gateway.
- Ensure cloud resources are designed with security, scalability, and cost-efficiency in mind.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline code integration, testing, and deployment processes.
- Leverage tools like Azure DevOps, CodeCommit, and GitHub to enable smooth collaboration and delivery.
- Develop, manage, and version infrastructure with Terraform, enabling consistent, repeatable environments across staging and production.
- Promote best practices in IaC to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, availability, and reliability across multiple cloud environments.
- Implement observability solutions for logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure proactive incident management.
- Work alongside product teams to translate business and technical requirements into scalable DevOps solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand workloads, demo solutions, and ensure cloud strategies align with business goals.
- Stay current with AWS updates, DevOps trends, and market best practices to ensure RevStar remains at the forefront of cloud-native solutions.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize system performance.
- Proven experience assessing client workloads and technology landscape for Cloud suitability, developing business cases, and creating Cloud adoption roadmaps
- Proven knowledge of AWS platform and tools
- AWS Certifications:
- SysOps Administrator Associate cert
- Solutions Architect Associate cert
- Developer Associate cert
- DevOps Engineer Professional cert
- Experience in defining new architectures and the ability to drive projects from an architecture standpoint
- Knowledge of best practices and market trends pertaining to the AWS Cloud
- Ability to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness with key stakeholders in a client facing organization
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, demo solutions, and ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
