We are hiring for our client - The Recruiting Guy.

Note: This position is open to remote applicants based in Estonia only.

We are representing a client that is dedicated to advancing healthcare by leveraging cutting-edge waveform artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Their AI and machine learning-powered software analyzes extensive data collected from sensors monitoring the human body. Their initial solution significantly reduces the time clinicians spend on analyzing and managing patient data, streamlining testing, diagnosis, and treatment workflows. This technology extends its impact beyond its initial application, with potential uses in ICU monitoring, wearable health tracking, seizure data capture, and early detection of conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and Alzheimer’s.

Job Title: Senior Mobile Engineer

Location: Remote. Estonia ONLY.

Employment Type: Salaried Full-Time.

Salary: €3,333 - €5,000 per month

Responsibilities



  • Build and enhance features, such as adding support for additional FDA-approved PPG devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve app issues quickly by collaborating with product and support teams.
  • Write and maintain unit and UI tests to ensure app functionality and performance.
  • Submit app updates to Google Play and the Apple App Store.
  • Follow established quality processes and best practices for software development, cybersecurity, and HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building React Native apps with TypeScript.
  • 1+ years of experience developing native iOS/Android apps or React Native modules.
  • Portfolio of released apps on Google Play or the Apple App Store.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Bluetooth experience is a bonus but not required.
  • Experience navigating app review/approval processes for Google/Apple app stores.
  • Previous work at startups, tech, healthcare, or high-growth companies is a plus.
  • Must demonstrate urgency, integrity, and pride in your work.

Interview Process

  • Application Review: Submit your resume. Selected candidates will be invited for an initial video call.
  • Interviews: Meet with the HR Manager and CTO separately. Complete a short take-home project showcasing your React Native skills.
  • Final Round: Present your project to the engineering team. Participate in a Q&A session with team members.
  • Offer: Successful candidates will receive an offer.
