Senior Dotnet Developer

JOB PURPOSE:

The Senior .Net Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing mobile and web applications that support our digital services. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions using React Native, React.js, Microsoft C#, and SQL Server, while integrating with Dynamics CRM and D365 systems. The developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences and robust backend functionality.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Application Development & Enhancement

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Build and enhance web applications using React.js and Microsoft C#.
• Develop and integrate web services and APIs to support application functionality.
• Ensure database design, implementation, and optimization using MS SQL Server.

System Integration & Support

• Integrate applications with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and AX.
• Support and troubleshoot existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Conduct weekly database health checks and resolve performance issues.

Project Execution & Documentation

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Prepare technical and functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Develop and validate test plans, acceptance criteria, and test scripts.

Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and escalate unresolved issues to the Head of Applications or vendors.
• Deliver well-organized presentations and contribute to team and client meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT development
• React Native and React.js
• Microsoft C# and .NET Framework
• JavaScript, TypeScript
• MS SQL Server (including stored procedures, views, and security)
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Dynamics CRM/AX integration
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• High attention to detail
