Job Summary

Assist in Organizing product’s development. Help in translating ideas into strategic features٫ following the manager’s product development from start to finish. Support in establishing processes and practices for realizing CBFS vision, set the bar for quality. Contribute to the development of brand definition and experience principles. Help ensure that those are appropriately interpreted through the team’s work.

Key Accountabilities

  • Help Develop Social Media & Marketing Strategy in consultation with CBFS leadership & CBQ Marketing team
  • Develop comprehensive industry review & SWOT analysis to identify gaps and business development opportunities.
  • Partner with Technology & Ops team in consultation with business to upgrade & enhance mobile trading architecture/ Website revamp.
  • Using data analytics and business / stock research to develop targeted client engagement sales scripts
  • Partner with dealing room team and CBQ branches to grow retail accounts origination, cross-sell penetration and traded volumes
  • Working with Head of brokerage & External Partners to develop periodic client events and referral programs.
  • Help to Build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision.
  • Retrieve and analyse feedback from customers٫ stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements٫ features and end products.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.
  • Support product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Review Business requirements documents (BRD).
  • Help in Organizing product releases properly and ensure the compliance with schedule.

Education

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
