The Omantel Academy Proficient will play a strategic role in driving the Academy’s sales growth and market presence across priority segments. Acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, government entities, and enterprise clients, the role is accountable for the entire business development journey—from initial engagement to successful deal closure. With a focus on consultative solution selling and executive-level partnerships, the Proficient ensures Omantel Academy remains the partner of choice for capability development and talent transformation across all markets it serves.

Key Accountabilities

  • Strategic Sales & Market Engagement
  • Lead business development initiatives across public and private sectors to expand Omantel Academy’s footprint.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
  • Position the Academy as a thought leader in corporate learning through proactive outreach and market visibility.
  • Executive Engagement & Client Consultation
  • Represent Omantel Academy in engagements with C-level executives, ministry officials, and enterprise leaders.
  • Conduct needs assessments and provides consultative guidance to design tailored learning solutions.
  • Build and sustain long-term strategic partnerships that convert into recurring learning programs.
  • Solution Design Collaboration
  • Partner with internal teams (Product Design, Project Delivery, Business Enablement, etc.) to co-create impactful learning experiences.
  • Translate client requirements into scalable, customized, and high-impact L&D solutions.
  • Sales Operations & Reporting
  • Manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop high-quality proposals, pitch decks, and business cases aligned with client needs.
  • Monitor market dynamics and client feedback to continuously refine offerings and strategies.
