Our client is a global organization that has been developing standards for effective communication in product and logistics for more than 40 years. The company is an authorized Microsoft partner with offices in over 100 countries, serving more than 2 million businesses worldwide.
The company’s product portfolio includes a wide range of solutions that support identification, standardization, data management, and secure cloud-based information exchange.
We are currently looking for a Product Manager based in Toronto, who will be working full-time from the office.
Required:
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in product management roles, with minimum 3 years in senior/lead positions
- Experience in developing and executing product strategies tailored to a specific industry
- Experience leading and mentoring product management teams (3+ direct reports) through full product development lifecycles
- Strong collaboration skills with ability to align stakeholders including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams
- Expert in customer discovery and market research, with experience translating executive vision and business objectives into actionable product roadmaps
- Strong knowledge in financial modeling and business case development
- Proven experience in product roadmap planning and prioritization frameworks
As a plus:
- Experience with product-led growth strategies
- Experience with Canadian market
- Background in pricing strategy and monetization
- Familiarity with emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, etc.) if relevant to your industry
- This position is offered on a contract basis for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extension.
