We are now seeking a Growth & Operations Manager – Cyber Security to take ownership of business operations and growth initiatives. This role is designed for a professional with both a strategic mindset and a hands-on execution approach, capable of scaling a cyber security consultancy across international markets.
Role Overview:The Growth & Operations Manager will serve as a key driver of OMEX’s expansion strategy, balancing operational excellence with commercial growth. You will oversee daily operations, manage distributed technical teams, and directly contribute to lead generation and client acquisition.
This position requires a professional with proven experience in B2B service delivery and business development — someone who can translate strategy into measurable results while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
- Design and execute lead generation strategies across LinkedIn, email, and outbound channels.
- Manage the sales pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships in target geographies (North America, Europe, Middle East).
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates and accelerate revenue growth.
- Act as a client-facing representative to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Oversee and optimise day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and accountability across all projects.
- Coordinate and supervise freelance penetration testers, vulnerability assessors, and consultants, ensuring deliverables are accurate, secure, and on schedule.
- Standardize workflows for reporting, client documentation, and compliance.
- Track company financials (invoices, expenses, forecasts) and ensure fiscal discipline.
- Develop structured weekly and monthly performance dashboards for executive review.
- Establish repeatable processes for delivery, quality assurance, and reporting.
- Implement scalable systems to manage higher project volumes and client complexity.
- Ensure all engagements adhere to cyber security best practices and industry regulations.
- Identify bottlenecks proactively and implement corrective measures to maintain operational resilience.
- 5+ years’ experience in operations management, business development, or consulting.
- Demonstrated track record in cyber security, IT services, or B2B professional services.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities, with experience managing remote or hybrid teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth targets and operational delivery.
- Fluent in English; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Base Retainer: salary + commission on performance. (based on qualifications and experience).
- Performance Incentives: Commission structure tied to closed deals and recurring clients.
- Lead the expansion of a cyber security consultancy across international markets.
