- Participate in execution of the Agile adoption strategy and rollout plans for identified teams

- Continuous assessment and improvement of Agile maturity levels
- Seasoned Agile Coach having a total of 11+ years of total experience
- Working/Hands on experience with Agile teams using SAFe/equivalent framework
- Expert understanding of advanced and basic software development methodologies and fundamentals (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall, etc.)
- Understanding of all facets of the software development life cycle including: planning, requirements management, development, quality assurance, change management and release management
- Experience with developing, testing and deploying software utilizing a rapid, iterative delivery method
- Experience with continuous integration and test-driven development practices, test automation and tools
- Experience with Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 8+ years' of Agile practical usage with 4+ years as hands on Agile Coach
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required
- Involvement in the Agile community
- Agile Certifications such as SPC, IC Agile Coaching certifications
