- Manage assigned products based on portfolio segmentation and attributes in line with SBU (General Manufacturing and Maintenance) and technology strategy
- Classify assigned products, execute portfolio complexity management and assign sampling portfolio
- Optimize product profitability by ideation, creation and execution of product cost projects

- Bachelor's degree (Chemical Engineering, Engineering or Business Administration preferred)
- 3 years of experience as Product Manager
- CROSS FUNCTIONAL SKILLS: Portfolio management/Product management/Project management/Stakeholder management/Cost management/Prioritization/Communication/Competitive product and technology advantage gap analysis
- SOFT SKILLS: Excellent influencing skills to align different stakeholders towards a common purpose/Leadership/Presentation/Effective communication
- ANALYTICAL SKILLS: Systematic thinking/Complex problem solving
- Advanced English, Spanish preferred
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days on site) in Jundiaí/SP
