Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days per week Tue/Wed/Thu in office, with occasional UK & international travel)

Salary: £45,000 + bonus and perks

The Role

As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you’ll join the Digital Solutions team, working closely with an experienced UX/UI Specialist to design and improve digital products and services used across their global portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact on solutions that save lives and protect the environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design of user interfaces and experiences for new applications, web platforms, and digital services.
  • Assist in user research, feedback collection, and usability testing to refine and improve designs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into user-focused solutions.
  • Contribute to maintaining design systems and ensuring consistency across products.
  • Stay current with design trends and accessibility best practices, bringing fresh ideas into the team.
  • Help create prototypes and proofs of concept under the guidance of senior designers.


About You

  • 1–3 years’ experience in user-centric design (internships, projects, or graduate experience welcome).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Awareness of responsive and inclusive design principles.
  • Creative, curious, and adaptable, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
