Opportunity for Interim Specialists to Support NHS Initiatives.


We invite you to become a key member of our respected, diverse team at Arden & Gem, contributing to our temporary staffing framework that benefits the entire trust. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Delivery Enabler/Scrum Master to join our team. This role is pivotal in enabling technical delivery across a complex environment, working directly with in-house teams and external contractors to ensure effective, timely, and high-quality outcomes.


Role Scope:

  • Full time hours - 37.5 per week
  • A fixed-term agreement for 6 months
  • Remote working opportunity


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for the technical team, unblocking issues and keeping delivery moving at pace.
  • Act as Scrum Master for the technical delivery team, ensuring agile ceremonies and practices are consistently applied and continuously improved.
  • Provide hands on leadership and coaching to multi-disciplinary technical teams, including contractors and suppliers to drive alignment and collaboration.
  • Support technical planning, backlog prioritisation, and the effective management of delivery pipelines.

  • Competitive Pay (AFC Band 8b) £64,455 - £74,896 per annum pro-rata, dependant on your experience and the number of years you have worked in the NHS.

Experience and qualifications required include:

  • Proven experience as a scrum master/delivery manager within agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and contractors.
  • Proven track record of enabling delivery in complex, fast paced technical environments. (Ideally within the healthcare sector).
  • Strong problem solving and delivery focus, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and technical detail.
