We’re partnered with a fast-scaling technology company redefining enterprise networking with a fully integrated platform covering routing, switching, wireless, security, and automation. They’re expanding their London Support Engineering team to deliver 24/7 coverage and are hiring Network Engineers.

What you’ll be doing

• Troubleshooting and supporting customer networks across layers 1–4 (routing, switching, wireless, firewall, VPN, SD-WAN).
• Managing tickets end-to-end with clear, customer-first communication.
• Collaborating with engineering and product teams to refine processes and improve customer experience.
• Working hybrid in London (Tue–Thu in office once open).
• Covering rotating shifts, with priority for weekend/overnight schedules.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on expertise in routing, switching, and wireless.
• Strong troubleshooting and end-to-end ownership across the networking stack.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Adaptability, resilience, and passion for networking.
• Certifications or wider networking knowledge a strong plus.
