We are partnered with one of Europe’s leading technical consultancies is looking for a Lead .NET Architect to take ownership of software project architecture, guide development teams, and deliver secure, scalable, high-performance solutions for two high-priority banking and FS clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain .NET-based system architecture.
- Lead and mentor full-stack development teams.
- Communicate technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advise clients on technology strategy and best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar.
- 5+ years’ experience in software architecture.
- Practical experience designing software systems using methodologies like DDD and hexagonal architecture.
- Full-stack development experience in the .NET ecosystem; modern web frameworks (React or Angular) a plus.
- DevOps mindset with focus on high code quality and automated testing.
- B2/C1 German and C1 English
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior consultancy experience.
- Track record of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team player with a growth mindset.
- Active in the developer community and completed extra certifications.
Other Details
- Interview Process: 3 stages – 2 virtual calls, 1 on-site assessment
- Compensation: CHF 150–175K (Lead), CHF 175–190K (Principal)
- Work Setup: Flexible hybrid (3 days remote)
