We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused CEO to scale FAT + C into a global category leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global expansion across government, NGO, enterprise, and consumer markets.
• Drive manufacturing and OEM partnerships to achieve mass-scale, low-cost production.
• Secure institutional procurement with FEMA, WHO, UN agencies, and insurers.
• Accelerate FATC adoption as a trusted aid and insurance settlement currency.
• Build and lead an elite executive team (CFO, COO, CTO, regional directors).
• Position FAT + C for a $500M–$1B+ valuation exit via IPO or strategic acquisition.

• Proven C-Suite or senior leadership experience in tech, healthtech, ESG, humanitarian aid, fintech, or defense/security.
• Track record of scaling startups or divisions globally (from Series A to IPO/acquisition).
• Strong network with government agencies, NGOs, insurers, and/or global OEMs.
• Deep understanding of regulatory, compliance, and security frameworks (FDA, CE, TGA, KYC/AML).
• Passion for social impact, ESG, and resilience-building technologies.
