Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager/ Project Coordinator to support the delivery of legacy projects in the renewable energy sector. This role will provide vital coordination support, helping manage activities, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication between stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and delivery of project activities across multiple stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and obligations to ensure successful completion
• Assist with contract interpretation, compliance, and project documentation
• Contribute to defect management and project close-out procedures
• Provide administrative and reporting support to senior project managers
• Help drive collaboration between internal teams, contractors, and clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in project coordination or junior project management, ideally within construction or renewables
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to interpret contracts and manage project obligations effectively
• Familiarity with defect management processes and project close-out practices
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.

Desirable Skills

• Understanding of performance investigations and contract management
• Experience with project management tools and platforms (MS Project)
• Knowledge of renewable energy project lifecycles and regulatory frameworks
