Senior Data Analyst

One of our favourite clients are on a mission to modernise their data game and transform into a truly data-driven business. As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of it – digging into app usage, system logs, and customer support info to uncover insights, prevent problems, and help shape the future of a retail platform used

💡 What you’ll be doing

• Creating KPIs and metrics that actually mean something.
• Analyzing how their software is really being used, spotting trends and opportunities.
• Building slick dashboards
• Setting up proactive alerts to catch issues before they impact customers.
• Partnering with product, dev, and support teams to make smarter, faster decisions.
• Leading the way on data strategy, from collection to visualization.

🛠 What you’ll bring

• Python or R skills for advanced analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation and analysis.
• Experience wrangling data lakes and multiple messy datasets.
• A love for BI and data viz tools
• A track record of building KPIs and insights that drive real change.
• The ability to translate complex findings into plain English.

Extra brownie points for:

• SaaS or product analytics background.
• AWS experience
• Familiarity with app monitoring and logging.
• An appreciation for A/B testing and statistical fun.
