We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in handling large datasets and turning complex information into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have expert-level SQL skills and proven experience with Tableau, helping product and business teams make data-driven decisions to optimize player behavior insights and game economy performance.

About The Role
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in handling large datasets and turning complex information into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have expert-level SQL skills and proven experience with Tableau, helping product and business teams make data-driven decisions to optimize player behavior insights and game economy performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau.
- Analyze player behavior patterns and trends in digital economies.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define KPIs and identify opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across all processes.
- Document processes and promote data best practices.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in similar roles.
- Expert-level SQL (complex queries, window functions, stored procedures, performance tuning).
- English Proficiency: Upper intermediate
- Strong Tableau experience in building advanced dashboards and visualizations.
- Experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with ETL and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience in digital platforms, gaming, or virtual economies.
