Your Tasks

  • Design and deliver user-centered, consistent, and accessible digital experiences for a mobile app and web products
  • Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive flows that build user trust and ease of use
  • Work closely with cross-functional squads (Product Owner, Developers, Business and Technical Analysts, UX, Marketing, …)
  • Translate business and user needs into flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
  • Design all screens and states with attention to hierarchy, accessibility, and consistency
  • Document processes, flows, and specifications to ensure clarity for developers and testers
  • Create or apply components and patterns in the Design System, and contribute to its evolution
  • Iterate designs based on feedback and research
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure quality implementation and consistency

Your Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in UX/UI design
  • Solid experience in mobile native apps and responsive web design
  • Strong proficiency with Figma and design systems
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience designing inclusive user experiences
  • Ability to design interactive physical interfaces (kiosks, dealer platforms, or similar)
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations with many stakeholders (governmental, political, corporate)
  • Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language (Dutch and/or French)
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
  • Proactive and autonomous, but collaborative and open to feedback
  • Strong communicator: able to defend design decisions and listen to other perspectives
  • Empathetic and user-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, multi-squad environment
  • Ability to document and present designs clearly to technical and business stakeholders = plus
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows and experience in a scrum environment = plus
  • Some technical awareness (front-end constraints, feasibility)
  • Affinity with the fast-evolving online environment and its habits = plus
