ROLE
As our Recruitment & HR Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in attracting, engaging, and welcoming the talent that drives our agency forward. You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, and support the people who make Ogilvy Social.Lab a place where creativity thrives.
We’re looking for someone to join us on a CIP contract starting in January 2026 for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. This is a full-time position based at our Brussels office.

Responsibilities
Here's what your day-to-day might look like:
- Help manage job postings on our website, job boards, and social media channels.
- Assist in sourcing talent on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Screen CVs and support the management of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, and help collect feedback from hiring managers.
- Support onboarding activities, ensuring new employees feel welcomed and supported.
- Assist in organizing HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records and confidential employee information.
- Be a friendly, approachable point of contact for colleagues with HR-related questions.
- Curious, organized, and people-oriented: you enjoy helping others and solving problems.
- Flexible and adaptable: you can handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Comfortable using MS Office and learning recruitment tools/ATS systems.
- Perfectly fluent in English. Dutch or French is a plus.
- No previous long-term experience is required – if you have internship experience or early-career exposure to HR, administration, or people operations, you’re a perfect fit.
- Full-time opportunity through a CIP contract, starting in January 2026 for 6 months.
