Chief Customer Operations Officer

Would you like to be part of organising the world’s largest cyber exercises and work alongside NATO and allied experts? We are looking for a Chief Customer Operations Officer, whose main focus will be supporting international clients (including NATO and partner nations) and developing cyber range services. Your contribution will help to strengthen global cyber security!

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading technical project managers and product owners
  • Coordinating cyber range services and client projects
  • Ensuring the quality of client projects (including project monitoring), as well as maintaining and developing client relations
  • Shaping the client base and the value proposition built on cyber ranges
  • Taking part in international cooperation formats (including NATO and EU working groups) and representing CR14 on cyber range topics

The ideal candidate

  • Work experience in a technical IT field (e.g. information security management, computer networks, server administration, software development)
  • Experience in leading a technical team
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, budgeting, and cyber security
  • General knowledge of modern IT infrastructure technologies
  • Excellent command of Estonian and professional English (C1 level)
  • Strong teamwork, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage communication processes and conduct negotiations
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and prioritise tasks under pressure
  • Security clearance in place, or willingness to apply for one
