We are seeking for a skilled and detail-oriented Release and Test Manager to lead the testing and release lifecycle of data platform and warehouse solutions in Luminor Data Platform team. This role ensures smooth and secure deployment of regular data solutions across on-premise and cloud environments, supporting critical business and regulatory reporting needs.

What You Will Do:


  • Plan, coordinate, and manage releases across SAP IQ, SAP Data Services, Oracle, and AWS-based data platforms.
  • Define and manage release schedules for data warehouse components including ETL jobs, data models, and reporting layers.
  • Oversee deployment activities across development, test, staging, and production environments.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage including functional, regression, performance, and data integrity testing.
  • Ensure all releases and testing activities comply with banking regulations, internal audit standards, and data governance policies.
  • Identify risks and dependencies early in the release cycle.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, DevOps, Developers to enhance CI/CD pipelines and automate testing and release workflows.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for test and release-related communications.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on release readiness, test results, and post-release reviews.


What We Expect:


  • Relational Database understanding: Oracle, Sybase IQ, MS SQL Server or similar
  • Understanding of Data Warehouse architecture, ETL principles.
  • Experience in test and release management in data-intensive environments, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse architecture, ETL processes, and data quality principles.
  • Hands on experience in Testing and QA would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and ITIL frameworks.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tools: Jira, Git, Jenkins, ServiceNow, SQL, Python (for data validation scripts).
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.
