We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team. The People Analytics team empowers the People tribe to elevate our Wisers' experience by leveraging data and insights.
In this role you will partner with our Talent Acquisition team, supporting them with our growth ambitions. You will be working on projects related to analysing and improving hiring efficiency, recruitment capacity & forecasting.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with stakeholders across the People team to solve key business questions and hypotheses, employing consulting techniques to prioritise analytical projects effectively according to impact.
- Embedding analytical thinking and assessments into our Projects & initiatives so that we are consistently measuring the impact of the work we do.
- Working across our full people analytics tool stack, building out our people data infrastructure, working with APIs and complex data sets.
- Up-skilling the analytical capabilities of the People Tribe at scale and can correctly interpret People data from our self-serve dashboards and people analytics products
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Technical Skills. You are proficient with SQL and know your way around data pipeline management tools (Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow)
- You have experience designing and owning data assets; you can build and maintain complex data sources and can leverage visualisation (Visier, Looker, Superset) tools to democratise data.
- Problem Solving. You have a track record in scoping, building, and delivering impactful People analytics solutions
- Influence. You know how to partner with senior stakeholders and can tell compelling stories from complex data and drive action from your analysis.
- Experience using Visier & Superset.
- Base salary: €3,500 monthly gross - €4,350 monthly gross (based on experience & interview outcomes)
