🚀 We’re hiring a Growth & Marketing Lead at Vext!


At Vext, we’re building the gold standard of smart gardens for European homes — effortless, high-yield, and beautiful.

Our patent-pending fogponics technology, Nordic design, and app-guided automation make it possible for anyone to grow fresh, beautiful food at home.


We just launched Vext 2.0, and our first batch sold out in under 24 hours. Now we’re bringing it to market and looking for someone to take charge of building our growth engine.



🔍 About the role


As Growth & Marketing Lead, you’ll own paid marketing and UGC campaigns with ambassadors and customers. You’ll set up the systems that drive adoption of Vext across Europe — working directly with the founding team and having the freedom to shape our marketing strategy from the ground up.



💡 What you’ll do


  • Build, launch, and scale paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google).
  • Run UGC campaigns with real customers and brand ambassadors.
  • Create structured, repeatable marketing processes.
  • Analyze performance data and turn insights into action.
  • Work hands-on with founders to align marketing with product and brand.



✅ What we’re looking for


  • 2–4 years of experience in growth or digital marketing (D2C a plus).
  • Proven track record with paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google).
  • Experience with UGC or influencer campaigns.
  • Strong eye for design and what resonates with consumers.
  • Hands-on, structured, and excited to build something from scratch.
