The Windows Silicon & System Integration unit is seeking passionate, ambitious and intellectually curious student to join our System-On-Chip (SoC) development team. We are responsible for delivering cutting-edge SoC designs that can perform complex and high-performance functions in the most efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Work as an Engineer in SoC ASIC product development project among other professionals in the area of Design, Integration, Modelling, SW/FW development and/or Verification; exact content depends on your skills, wishes and experience, and may include for example:
- Specification and creation IP blocks and SoCs using latest silicon technologies
- Developing SW/FW for modelling and verification purposes
- Simulation and verification needed functionality at IP level or SoC level using latest verification methodologies
- Preparation and reviewing verification and/or design specifications for SoCs that we are developing
- Cooperate with system engineers, HW/SW development, suppliers and other relevant functions to solve technical issues for quality
Required Qualifications :
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, computing sciences, or related field.
- Must have at least one additional quarter/semester of school remaining following the completion of the internship
- You must be legally authorized to work in Finland to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorized = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit)
- Related technical engineering experience or internship experience in developing ASIC/FPGAs/SW will be a plus
- We would appreciate basic knowledge or experience:
- VHDL/Verilog/System Verilog/UVM, or
- C/C++/Python
