We are now looking for a
IT PRODUCT OWNER, FINANCE AND PROCUREMENT
to manage business applications in the finance and procurement area. Main responsibility of this role will be managing product roadmaps, projects and backlogs together with Business Owners, vendors and relevant stakeholders. The most important business application in this area is SAP FICO but the area also includes several other applications like Coupa, Anaplan and their integrations with SAP FICO.
The Digital Enterprise team plays a crucial role in supporting Finnair’s Finance & Procurement, People & Culture and other Group Functions, as well as helping to scale AI capabilities to meet the unique needs of the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Finnair team!
This position is located in Finnair HQ near Helsinki Airport or in Tartu, Estonia.
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Acting as a technical subject matter expert in the finance and procurement area
- Understanding the requirements of the users of the applications to drive forward digital development in the finance and procurement area together with stakeholders
- Overall responsibility of the service level of the products, support, maintenance, regulatory requirements and compliance processes as well as budgeting
- Managing relationships with both external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Managing own products lifecycle and required licenses
- Proactively finding opportunities for development in the finance and procurement area
In addition to this, we wish to hear from you if you have:
- Experience with SAP FICO from technical perspective, experience with other finance and procurement area applications is considered an advantage
- Experience in IT Product Management – preferably from Product Owner, Product Manager or Product Expert role
- Understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Experience of working in an agile environment
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge
