Our responsibilities are centered on continuously improving a community solution — a space for open, horizontal sharing, in contrast with the more top-down purpose of a traditional intranet.

Your Role

As a Back-End Developer, you will be fully involved in the life of the team. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in architecture decisions and technical solution design.
  • Developing and maintaining robust, scalable back-end features.
  • Designing APIs in close collaboration with the front-end and mobile teams.
  • Contributing to our testing strategy (unit and automated tests).
  • Taking part in code reviews and continuous improvement of best practices.
  • Monitoring and enhancing the performance of our services.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone with solid experience in demanding technical environments, capable of leading end-to-end development and actively contributing to team discussions.

  • Proven expertise in Python and strong software development knowledge.
  • Ability to step back, assess technical challenges, and propose adapted solutions.
  • Strong command of professional English, both written and spoken.
  • A keen focus on code quality, testing, and maintainability.

  • High autonomy in managing tasks and decision-making.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure…).
  • Familiarity with containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
