To continue on this path, we are seeking a Mobile Developer - Flutter (m/f/d) to join our software engineering team at the earliest possible date in Bremen, Hamburg, or remotely.

As a Mobile Developer, your mission is to craft and continuously improve the Hansefit App - the daily companion for thousands of our customers on their journey to better health and well-being. You are customer-focused and excited to bring the best possible app experience to our users. With every line of code, you help deliver a seamless, engaging, and reliable experience that motivates people to move every single day.
What You Will Be Doing...
- work on new features, with a focus on great customer experience, using a modern technology stack (Flutter, GraphQL, etc.) for mainstream platforms (Android, iOS)
- collaborate closely with the rest of the engineers on the team to deliver solid solutions with a focus on code quality
- refine product requirements into technical deliverables
- give input to the team on best practices in UI/UX, always having the Apple and Android design guidelines in mind
- address technical and conceptual challenges, including coordination with product managers and designers, emphasizing user experience
- optimize mobile applications for speed and scalability
- ensure high code quality through reviews and testing
- a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience
- several years of experience developing apps, preferably using Flutter
- the ability and drive to create user-centered UX/UI and enhances the overall app experience
- solid knowledge of Android and iOS, including familiarity with Apple and Android design guidelines and app build pipelines
- proficiency with Git and RESTful APIs
- nice-to-have: previous experience with GraphQL
- fluency in English
