Job Title: Talent Acquisition / HR Coordinator (EMEA)
Contract Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term
About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition / HR Coordinator to join our EMEA TA/HR team on a short-term basis. This role offers hands-on experience across key functions—recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and process improvement—while helping us build more consistent and scalable systems across multiple countries.
Whether you're early in your TA/ HR career or bringing prior experience, this is a great opportunity to contribute, learn, and grow in a collaborative international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications across time zones
- Assist with offer letters, contracts, and pre-employment checks
- Maintain organized and compliant candidate records
Onboarding
- Support onboarding tasks including system access, benefits setup, and payroll coordination
- Help create clear documentation and guides for future onboarding
Process and Documentation
- Help map workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in HR or recruitment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable working independently and managing priorities
- Interest in improving processes and documenting workflows
