Albany Beck is supporting a major digital transformation programme with a global wealth management client. This high-impact initiative is focused on modernising the organisation’s core operating model, including the replacement of their legacy CRM system with a new digital platform. As part of this transformation, we are urgently seeking experienced Business Analysts to join the digital workstream and play a critical role in enabling successful delivery.


Role Overview

As a Business Analyst within this programme, you’ll play a key role in the digitalisation of the core operating model. Working in a highly dynamic environment with senior stakeholders and tight delivery timelines, you’ll support the successful design, documentation, and implementation of new digital solutions across data, process, and technology domains. You will work closely with the digital and IT teams to drive integration, support data migration, and ensure business needs are translated effectively into actionable requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements across digital workstreams.
  • Engage directly with stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams to shape fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Support system and process mapping for Wealth Dynamics CRM implementation.
  • Lead or support data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with new digital tools.
  • Produce detailed documentation including business process flows, technical specs, and user stories.
  • Help drive integration planning and execution across legacy and new platforms.
  • Collaborate with the change team to ensure seamless delivery and stakeholder alignment.
  • Provide BAU and project-level support across the wider transformation programme.


Key Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within financial services or wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation projects, CRM systems, and integration workflows.
  • Proven experience in data mapping, data migration, and documentation within complex environments.
  • Ability to face off to stakeholders confidently, translate business needs, and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery models.
  • Wealth management experience is a plus.
  • Any Project Management experience would be a bonus.
