What we are looking for

We are looking for a proactive and motivated professional who wants to grow in an HR career path.


Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of key HR topics: recruiting, training, organization, administration;
  • Some experience in HR-related projects (1–2 years is a plus);
  • Fluency in English;
  • Proficiency in Excel/spreadsheets;
  • Pragmatic and hands-on approach.


What you will do

As part of the HR team, you’ll support the growth and standardization of HR policies and processes.

  • Recruiting: publish job ads, conduct CV screening, and manage candidate relationships to help scale the team;
  • HR systems: implement and maintain HR software tools;
  • Administration: support regular processes (absence recording, payroll cycle);
  • People Management: collaborate with colleagues and managers to collect documents, plan trainings, and organize company meetings and events.
