Working alongside the Corporate Data Science Center of Excellence and in coordination with Marketing and Commercial teams, you will develop and communicate advanced analytics and visualizations to various audiences, producing actionable insights that boost data science value. The preferred candidate will possess keen business sense, adept communication abilities, a background in marketing/commercial analytics, familiarity with data visualization tools, and exceptional project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and present predictive drivers/leading indicators, trends, outliers, and patterns that uncover new insights to help guide enterprise-wide data science strategy
  • Use advanced analytics and data visualization to craft narratives, discovering revenue growth in corporate data science.
  • Derive data driven insights in close partnership with Marketing, Commercial, and Data Science teams to uncover opportunities that improve customer lifetime value, optimize cost, and increase profit
  • Use Power BI for interactive data exploration and advanced analytics to aid business understanding.
  • Apply IT data, web analytics, digital marketing benchmarks, VOC insights, and additional data sources to contribute to overall strategy for a 360° view of the customer
  • Develop and maintain ongoing channel optimization reports/dashboards as well as ad hoc analyses
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience of 1-2 years in digital/marketing, sales analytics, and data visualization tools like Power BI, SAS Visual Analytics, Tableau, etc.
  • Experience analyzing large, complex data sets yielding opportunities for revenue and/or process improvement within an organization
  • Programming experience (SQL, R, Python) preferred
  • Interpersonal skills: outstanding verbal/written communication, listening, and presentation skills with attention to detail
  • Proven track record of achieving desired results without direct report authority
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology a plus
