Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or repeat business.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within ongoing projects.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and tailored solutions to clients.
  • Translate client needs into clear project specifications and instructions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, proactively addressing risks and challenges.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of results.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the team.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Proactively contact potential and existing clients to introduce Norstat’s services and schedule meetings to explore cooperation opportunities.
  • Contribute to strengthening the Norstat brand in the local market.

What We Expect from You:

  • 2+ years experience in project management, client service, or sales/business development, ideally within market research, data, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-driven, results-oriented, and able to take initiative without supervision.
  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and passion for identifying new opportunities.
  • Fluency in Latvian and English (both written and spoken).
  • A positive, collaborative, and professional attitude.

What We Offer:

  • A dynamic, international environment with growth opportunities.
  • A role that combines project execution with sales and client development.
  • The opportunity to work with leading brands and agencies across Europe.
  • Professional training, development, and career progression.
  • Company-covered mobile phone expenses.
  • Health insurance after a 3 month probation period.
  • Modern office in the centre of Riga.
  • Team events and activities on both local and international level.
  • Supportive and collaborative team culture.

We are looking forward to your application by October 15, 2025.

We will contact only those candidates who are selected to proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process.
