Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and scale our AWS cloud platform. You’ll work with Terraform/Terragrunt and advanced AWS networking (VPCs, Direct Connect, Cloud WAN, Transit Gateway) to build reliable, secure infrastructure — while mentoring teammates and solving complex engineering problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage automation, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines for large-scale AWS environments.
- Build standardized infrastructure solutions to ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Troubleshoot and reverse-engineer from both code and running systems to solve complex issues.
- Develop tools, scripts, and frameworks that drive efficiency in cloud operations.
- Collect and analyze metrics/logs, and create dashboards for proactive monitoring.
- Mentor teammates, provide technical coaching, and push best practices across the organization.
- Expert knowledge of Terraform/Terragrunt.
- Strong AWS networking experience: VPCs, Direct Connect, Cloud WAN, Transit Gateway.
- Proficiency with AWS services (EKS, ArgoCD, Grafana).
- Solid Linux/Unix administration and networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, routing).
- Experience with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server).
- Strong understanding of automation and CI/CD practices.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and capable of genuine engineering thinking (able to debug, design, and reverse-engineer).
- Fluent English.
