Are you passionate about data analytics and reporting? Do you want to be a part of a highly motivated and well-functioning team? Then you might be our new Statistical Analyst in Business Risk & Controls.
You will become a part of Business Risk & Controls (BRC) in T&S (Technology & Services), which supports all of T&S on the risk agenda. BRC contains five teams, and you will join a team of four in Risk Reporting & Review.
In Risk Reporting we produce management reports that support risk-based decision making, critical to the success to our organisation. Reporting timeliness and data correctness is key in driving us towards our thriving future.
The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).
This role does not include a relocation allowance.

You will:
- Develop and enhance ETL data integration processes using relevant tools to ensure seamless data flow and system efficiency
- Directly engage with stakeholders to facilitate data collection such as high-level management updates
- Communicate with stakeholders to interpret data requirements and validate fulfilment of requests for Tableau reports
- By using prepared data solution, design and produce strategic Tableau reports meeting organizational needs to facilitate data-driven decisions
- Customize and upgrade existing tableau reports to meet the requirements received from senior management level
- Own reporting customers’ experience – think and act in ways that put our customers first, give them seamless digital options at every touchpoint, and make them promoters of our products and services
- Identify appropriate data sources, validate data and optimize data sources for the most efficient tableau report design and execution
- 2+ years of experience in working with complex analysis tasks applying statistical or other data analytics techniques
- Experience in SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx and ETL processes is essential
- Experience in designing effective visualizations using Tableau or similar advanced data visualization tool, acquired through real-world projects
- A degree in a hard science field, such as those that emphasise quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
- Experience in training and providing expert consulting on Tableau techniques and best practices would be beneficial
- Advanced English skills
Monthly salary range from 2040 EUR to 3060 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
