The opportunity
Start your career as a Junior Data Management Consultant, you’ll help organizations to thrive in the transformative age by refreshing themselves constantly, experimenting with new ideas and scaling successes. You will be assisting businesses in their digital transformation journey by promoting the implementation of efficient and ground-breaking digital platforms.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Effectively contribute to data management consulting projects aiming to better enable organizations by various technologies.
- Engage with clients to assess their data management landscape and identify improvement opportunities.
- Design and recommend data management solutions that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate the implementation of data management strategies and ensure successful integration.
- Provide ongoing support and insights into emerging data management trends.
- Analyze business processes and design IT-enabled business transformations, develop information systems concept, architecture, and engineer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data management services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in data management, IT consulting, system analysis, or a similar role would be a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical, and able to work under pressure.
- Foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.
- Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
