Senior UX/ Product Designer

Your mission:

• Collaborate with PO, business stakeholder and development teams to support the implementation of designs within agile setup, ensuring user needs and business goals translated into compelling design solutions and high-quality user experience.
• Lead the design process with a user-centric approach, aligning with customer expected outcomes.
• Contribute to the design system by providing feedback and building new components or adapting existing ones to ensure homogeneity across all digital channels.
• Perform user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design continuously through feedback.
• Work across various platforms, devices, and screen sizes, ensuring consistency, coherence and responsiveness of our software solutions.

Your profile:

• Advanced degree (University degree) in human-computer Interaction, digital media, media informatics (or related).
• At least 3 years of experience as a UX designer
• Practical experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research is a must.
• Good understanding of the UX design process from research, concept, design, prototyping and user validation to implementation.
• Good knowledge in the field of interaction design, visual design and (low & high fid) prototyping.
• Experience with Design tools (e.g. Figma)
• Eager to moderate collaborative workshops
• Proven ability to deliver against deadlines
• Team player with good communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English. French is an strong plus

A plus:

• Familiar with design thinking methods
• Experience in designing Web Software/Applications
