Project Portfolio Manager DATA (French speaking)

MTM Partners is an independent management consulting firm located in Luxembourg.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Portfolio Manager with a strong background in Data and Artificial Intelligence to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and driving value creation through innovative data and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a portfolio of projects across the Data & AI domain, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Partner with business leaders and technical teams to translate strategic objectives into executable projects.
• Define and monitor KPIs to assess project performance, business impact, and portfolio health.
• Anticipate risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure governance standards are respected across the portfolio.
• Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in Data & AI and integrate them into the portfolio strategy.

Profile

• University degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience, with at least 3–5 years in project portfolio management or program management.
• Proven track record in delivering data-driven and AI-related projects.
• Strong understanding of Data & AI technologies, methodologies, and their business applications.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Fluency in French; additional languages are considered an asset.
