We are looking for people who share our corporate values among our local and international networks and promote close relationships with our customers and internal teams. Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst – AML:

• Identify and describe business requirements for outsourcing scope, data/document migration, and operational flows

• Contribute to the design and drafting of target operational processes, SLAs, and document matrices for client data validation

• Collaborate with IT teams to define business requirements for migration and operational data/document flows with IT systems and client portal

• Participate in testing activities, including definition of test scenarios and follow-up on results
• Support internal change management through training and communication material preparation

• Ensure regulatory compliance in outsourcing implementation, including oversight and CSSF communication

• Monitor deliverables of the business stream, prepare dashboards, KPIs, and steering committees

How do we imagine our future Business Analyst – AML?

• Proven experience as a senior business analyst in projects involving process optimization or corporate customer data migration in AML/KYC

• Strong regulatory knowledge in AML/KYC/FATCA-CRS and solid understanding of identification data and customer documentation

• Technical expertise in project management, process optimization, and data analysis

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with both business and IT teams

• Fluency in French; English is an asset
