Project Manager

IT Senior Project Manager (from 1/1/2026) - Waste Management SaaS application

We are working with a rapidly growing scaleup with a SaaS application for waste management.

The company currently has several RFPs in progress, and if these are won, they will require a Senior Project Manager starting from January 1st, 2026.

Role Overview

The Senior PM will act as the main interface between customers and Client, ensuring smooth communication and delivery. The role involves close collaboration with:

• Denmark HQ: A team of around 10 consultants and engineers.
• The Netherlands: A development team of 5 employees on payroll.

Assignments will run for at least 1–2 years, with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between customers and Client.
• Lead the implementation and rollout of the Client's application (training provided).
• Work directly with the business to align needs and solutions.
• Support current and upcoming projects, including ongoing RFPs with GAD in Hilversum (responsible for waste collection for 400,000 citizens with 130 employees) as well as in The Hague and Middelburg regions.
• Ensure customer-centric delivery while balancing technical and business requirements.
• Report to the team in Denmark and represent the company towards local customers.

Requirements

• Strong project leadership skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Experience in application implementation and rollout.
• Technically literate – able to understand application features, configurations, and customer requirements.
• Sales-oriented mindset: understands the product, what is configurable, and how to present its value (The Company covers ~98% of customer needs).
• Experience at AMCS or similar waste-management solutions is a major plus.
• Scandinavian background (Danish in particular) is an advantage.
