We’re looking for a PMO / Business Analyst to support the rollout of a new procurement solution and help drive harmonized processes across the organization. This role combines project coordination, business analysis, and change management to ensure a successful deployment.


📋 What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate and support the local rollout of a global procurement tool.
  • Work with stakeholders to define specifications, collect, and validate data.
  • Oversee end-to-end testing and adapt training materials to local needs.
  • Deliver training sessions and provide aftercare support to end users.
  • Ensure accurate data migration from existing repositories.
  • Support project monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder communication.


🛠️ Technical skills you’ll bring:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with procurement platforms (e.g., Ivalua, others).


🌍 Language skills:

  • English – Expert
  • Portuguese – Mastery
  • Spanish – Practice
