Business Analyst

Job description : 

Join the IT Data department and work on key platforms like DataHub and People Repository to manage and secure critical business data. As part of an agile team, you’ll collaborate closely with the business and IT teams to deliver high-quality data solutions that meet strategic goals.

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into IT requirements
  • Write user stories, design solutions, and contribute to platform evolution
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Participate in all agile rituals and project management tasks
  • Work environment: at client's premises
    • Work schedule: Full-time
    • Remote work: 2 days per week at client's premises
    • Technical environment: Strong knowledge of data business and agile practices
    • Start date: ASAP
    • Location: PORTO

    Required profile : 

    You have 5 years of proven experience in the Business Analyst field.

    You are passionate about ANALYSIS and have initial experience in the BUSINESS ANALYST profession in the BANKING/INSURANCE industry.

    In order to carry out this assignment successfully, you must be proficient in:

    • Methodologies: Agile practices

    You Are 

    • Strong knowledge of data business and agile practices
    • Experience in a banking/insurance environment (a plus)
    • Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2)
    • Proactive, autonomous, and great team player

    The Recruitment Process At Consort Group

    • An initial phone call with one of our recruitment officers
    • An HR interview with the recruitment officer you spoke to initially and a business engineer to discuss the role, the team structure and day-to-day activities, and internal projects in more detail
    • You may be offered a meeting with one of our technical ambassadors or asked to take a technical test
    • And finally, a final meeting with the Consort operations manager and/or the manager responsible for the role
