My client are an exciting SaaS technology company that helps customer care teams by integrating AI and automation. Their award-winning technology aids businesses in delivering better customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients and the sales team on seamless onboarding and integrations.
- Develop, design, and maintain core product features, APIs, and databases.
- Contribute to product architecture and functionality.
- Review pull requests and maintain systems by fixing bugs and adding new features.
- Collaborate with senior management on technical strategy and bring in new technologies.
About You:
- You have 3+ years of Python development experience and are comfortable solving complex integration challenges.
- You are familiar with PostgreSQL and AWS services.
- Ideally, you have experience with Python web frameworks (like Flask), SQL, ORMs, Git, and unit testing.
- You thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, enjoy learning, and solving problems (previous start up experience will be massively beneficial.
