As a Product Designer at North, you’ll play a key role in shaping digital experiences end-to-end—bringing together UX, UI and visual storytelling in a single, cohesive creative approach. You’ll collaborate across disciplines and take full ownership of the design process, from research to visual execution, supporting product goals while elevating the brand experience. This role is ideal for someone curious and versatile, who thrives on combining structure with creativity.

As a Product Designer, here at North, you will…

  • Collaborate with Partners and Product Managers to understand business goals and key metrics, and translate them into strategic design decisions.
  • Conduct user research independently and validate concepts with key users.
  • Work closely with clients, incorporating feedback throughout iterative design rounds.
  • Design high-fidelity interfaces and build interactive prototypes to bring ideas to life.
  • Maintain an exceptional attention to detail throughout the entire process - from concept development to interaction and visual design - to ensure outstanding execution.
  • Support the team in reviewing and testing design and development outputs, helping ensure they meet quality standards, design consistency, and user expectations.


Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Ability to communicate design rationale to clients. You can articulate the ‘why’ and lead discussions around your process, explorations, and conclusions.
  • Strong knowledge of UX principles and best practices, including understanding when and where different methodologies and techniques should be incorporated into the design process.
  • A proactive attitude towards quality - you're comfortable reviewing final outputs (design and development) to help ensure consistency, usability, and alignment with the original design intent.
  • Knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and prototyping tools. Big plus if you have experience with motion design or illustration.
  • Effective, confident and concise written and verbal communication skills (Spanish & English).
