What will help you succeed:
- Knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors platform, ideally with Employee Central, and in one of the Talent modules (Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Variable Pay, or Learning).
- Desirable knowledge of Time Management, reporting (People Analytics) and previous experience with integrations (SCPI/CPI).
