Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the user experience.

Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the design process.

Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate and enhance existing designs.

Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

French level : B2

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar software.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
