Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Project Management: Lead end-to-end management of strategic company projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and established objectives.
  • Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, manage risks/issues, and ensure project delivery meets contractual requirements and established parameters.
  • Process Optimization: Manage and optimize process flow using both Agile and non-Agile methodologies to synchronize time and budget components.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor project execution, track established metrics, and provide timely progress reports and status updates to management, stakeholders, and project sponsors.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Responsible for budget monitoring, proposing necessary adjustments, and managing resource constraints in collaboration with the Product Delivery Manager.
  • Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify project/flow issues, effectively limit and mitigate risks, and collaborate with implementation departments for timely resolution of unforeseen situations.
  • Value Measurement & Analysis: Conduct analyses to constantly measure delivered value with involved teams and collect/monitor project data (business case, risk management, interdependencies) for efficient decision-making.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee contract management with external vendors, facilitate contract drafting, and ensure strict compliance with all contractual terms throughout the project duration.
  • Continuous Improvement: Propose suggestions and initiatives to improve project timelines, budgetary performance (KPIs), and overall delivery flow.



Key Requirements:


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent higher education).
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Data Analysis (using tools like Oracle, MS Access, etc.) and Project Management.
  • Proven experience in Budget Management.


Skills & Knowledge

  • Solid understanding and practical use of reporting resources and analytical tools in the decision-making process.
  • Familiarity with both Agile and non-Agile working systems and reporting tools.
  • Foreign Languages: English proficiency
